I would be happy to nominate you to continue on in your role as you've been serving, and I would probably. I would be more than 00:02:58
happy to nominate either you or Anna if Anna would like to. I know I have mentioned it. If it's something that you're interested 00:03:03
in, I don't want to throw anybody under the bus. 00:03:09
So to speak. 00:03:16
I'm going to defer to either of you 2 ladies. Are you interested? I'm interested, but, you know, deferring to you. I would be 00:03:17

Sarah wants to continue on and and help steward us in. 00:04:24
Admirable course that she's already been leading us that it would be nice to recommend you as vice chair. 00:04:31

Member Brooks hi, Secretary Sutton. 00:04:48
Chair Bornstein. 00:04:52
Remember Boyle? 00:04:55
OK, so now Sarah Boy will be the vice chair and I will vote for a secretary. 00:04:58
Would you like to continue or would you like to pass the baton? Doesn't matter to me. It's totally up to you. I'm happy. I'm happy 00:05:07
to do that, of course. 00:05:11
All yours. 00:05:17
OK. 00:05:28
So members. 00:05:30

Aye, Secretary Brooks, Chair Bornstein and member Sutphin. 00:06:22
Motion passes to approve the agenda, as is 4 to 0 with one vacancy. 00:06:29
OK. And are there any board or staff announcements? 00:06:34
Yes, I would like to introduce our new CBD Director, Karen Vaughn, who is here. 00:06:47
And I don't know if you remember her. She used to work with the city. 00:06:54
About 14. 00:06:59
And then I'd also like to introduce our new Senior Planner, Aaron Campbell. He's been promoted and. 00:07:02
Congratulations. Yeah. Welcome to you both. 00:07:12
OK. Council liaison announcements, I see Debbie on the video. 00:07:18
Good afternoon everyone. I will be zooming in on your meetings for the next couple of months and congratulations to new chair 00:07:24
Bernstein and all the new positions. And our City Council meeting was postponed last last Wednesday. We are meeting tomorrow and 00:07:31
we have a full agenda. So at this point I have nothing to report and have a great meeting. 00:07:39
Right. Thank you. 00:07:49
And any general public comment not related to items on the agenda? 00:07:51
I see no virtual hands raised anyone in the audience. 00:08:03
OK. All right. We will move to the consent agenda. 00:08:09
And do we have the draft minutes? 00:08:17
And item. 00:08:25
On the consent agenda. 00:08:28
Regarding the draft January. 00:08:31
Minutes. 00:08:34
Meeting minutes. 00:08:35
The motion to approve those. 00:08:38
I'll move to approve. 00:08:50
As is. 00:08:51
I can second that. 00:08:56
OK, Secretary. 00:08:59
In vice chair. 00:09:04
I Secretary Born. 00:09:07
Aye and member. 00:09:11
The consent agenda is approved. Motion passes 420 with one vacancy. 00:09:14
Thank you. 00:09:19
OK. And then moving on to our regular agenda. 00:09:22
We'll start with. 00:09:34
Item. 00:09:37
Architectural permit AP 2. 00:09:38
01/9. 00:09:41
We have a staff report. 00:09:44
Yes, we do. 00:09:48
We're going to get the plant set up in one second. 00:09:49
Good afternoon, Chair Bornstein and board members. The subject property is located at 1113 Piedmont Ave. between Hillside Ave. and 00:09:54
Patterson Lane. 00:10:00
It is currently developed with an existing 1041 square foot residence and a 281 square foot non conforming detached garage. 00:10:06
The. 00:10:16
The Del Monte Park and the R1 District is not located within the cities area of biological significance or within an 00:10:17
archaeologically sensitive area. 00:10:22
It is not in the coastal zone or an environmentally sensitive habitat area. 00:10:28
The property has been determined not eligible for the Historic Resources Inventory. 00:10:32
The proposed project includes a remodel of an existing 1041 square foot single family dwelling. 00:10:39
And the 988 square foot second story. 00:10:45
The second story addition will include a balcony on the front facade. 00:10:49
The West. 00:10:55
There will not be an increase in building coverage or site coverage. 00:10:56
No existing non conformity will be expanded and no additional nonconformity will be created. 00:11:00
Staff has recommended that a tree assessment be prepared for the property as there are two trees residing in the front of the 00:11:07
residence that may be impacted by the second story addition. 00:11:12
The applicant is confident that the trees will only need minor pruning and will not. 00:11:17
Impact the trees, therefore is opted to continue without the tree assessment. 00:11:23
So staff has added a condition of approval to the draft permit requiring before building permit issuance, the Project Arborist 00:11:28
shall. 00:11:33
Impacts to the individual trees to determine the required minimum tree protection standards during construction and submit a 00:11:39
report to the City Arborist for review and approval. 00:11:44
The project is categorically exempt from Sequel, per section 15301. 00:11:50
Pertaining to existing facilities. 00:11:56
Staff Recommends approval of Architectural permit 230198 subject to the Recommended Findings, Conditions of Approval and Class 1 00:11:58
Categorical Exemption. 00:12:03
This concludes my staff presentation. I'm available for questions as well as the. 00:12:09
Thank you. 00:12:15
Thank you, Garrett. Is there any public comment regarding this item? 00:12:18
Is the architecture. 00:12:25
Yeah, he is. 00:12:28
Aaron Paul. 00:12:34
Hello, can you hear me? 00:12:38
Yes. 00:12:41
Hello. 00:12:43
We can hear you, Larry. 00:12:46
Good afternoon chair and board members. My name is Aaron Tollefson. I'm helping out Corey Luongo, the owner, for his design on 00:12:48
remodeling this existing home. 00:12:54
I just hearing the condition that Garrett said regarding the trees. We are in acceptance of that. That's fine. 00:13:02
There will probably be very little impact on the trees. Maybe some minor pruning. 00:13:09
But residence is a new two-story addition to their single family dwelling. 00:13:16
To expand a little bit more room for their growing family. 00:13:22
And if you are. 00:13:25
Have any questions or anything like that I'm open for for that and. 00:13:28
Be available for any questions. Thank you. 00:13:33
Thank you. 00:13:39
Any comments from the public? 00:13:44
Virtually or in. 00:13:48
I don't see any hands raised virtually. 00:13:53
Then we'll close public. 00:13:57
And bring it back to the board for discussion. 00:14:01
Who would like to begin? 00:14:06
I'll start is this. 00:14:09
Yeah, OK. 00:14:12
I am. 00:14:15
I I like the. 00:14:17
Project from the. 00:14:21
I'm happy that they added the belly band around because I think it kind of breaks up the. 00:14:26
The mass on the back end of the building, which I'm not, I don't, I'm not super fond of, but. 00:14:33
But I I mean in in general, I I'm in favor of the project. I'm very happy that there's a condition of approval for the tree 00:14:46
because that was kind of a red flag for me when I was reading that they did not get an arborist report. So I'm hoping that that 00:14:53
that is true. There's not going to be any. 00:15:01
Impact to you know, detrimental impact to the, the. 00:15:09
That's all from. 00:15:14
To go back and go through it and see what the house is going to become, I have no issues. I think it's a nice design. 00:15:25
I agree with all the comments so far, nothing from me. I think it's a nice design and. 00:15:33
It doesn't seem like the the trees will should be severely impacted, but I'm glad that you know that condition of approval is is 00:15:37
there just in case so. 00:15:41
OK, I do have a few questions. 00:15:48
For the designer. 00:15:52
We can bring him back. 00:15:54
All right, so just a note on the application itself. I noticed that. 00:15:58
A survey wasn't included. 00:16:05
Isn't necessarily required. 00:16:08
I do find it to be preferred. 00:16:11
It's not just, you know, to defend setbacks, but really to also properly calculate site coverage. 00:16:14
Floor area. 00:16:21
So that that's a preference. There. I had a question regarding the windows, actually the vinyl. 00:16:23
Windows. 00:16:29
Sorry, check this. So the home currently has vinyl windows that I do see on the. 00:16:32
Color and materials sheet. 00:16:40
An image and I'm just. 00:16:44
Specifically curious about the divided lights or the simulated divided. 00:16:46
If that will. 00:16:51
Like a good you know inside the window will will it be simulated divided lights? 00:16:52
I'm a I'm a big fan of the actual grids or simulated grids I don't like. 00:17:01
Plastic ones that sit on top of the glass, so that would be the direction we would be going in. So it has a true a look of a true 00:17:08
divided grid. 00:17:12
On the interior of the. 00:17:17
Correct. OK. 00:17:20
My particular preference, but. 00:17:24
OK. 00:17:27
Well, I think maybe we're misunderstanding each other. 00:17:29
There's a grid on the. 00:17:32
And then there is a division between the two panes of glass that give it an illusion that it is a true divided glass. 00:17:35
OK, yes. Oh, yes, we know we're talking the same thing. Yeah. So that simulation. 00:17:44
OK, OK. That's. 00:17:49
I think that's more preferred. 00:17:52
If not going with with wood, umm. 00:17:55
And kind of matches the the neighbors. I noticed they have some of their windows too. 00:17:58
Any other questions? 00:18:07
Through the chair. 00:18:10
If I could ask through the chair. 00:18:13
I was under the Impress. 00:18:18
In the within the city, we don't allow. 00:18:22
Glass. 00:18:26
Like. 00:18:29
Grids sandwiched in between two pieces of glass. 00:18:31
Is that correct? 00:18:36
I believe that is part of one of the design guidelines that. 00:18:38
Says you can't use it. That's not what he's. No, we're talking about like a true divided light Look. Great. Yeah. But it's not the 00:18:42
internal, right. Yeah. OK. I just wanted to. I just wanted to clarify for. 00:18:48
Everybody's purpose. OK. Thank you. 00:18:55
That was all. OK. So it's kind of, it has some architectural, there's some dimensions, yes, yes. 00:18:58
Versus that just the interior. 00:19:05
OK. 00:19:07
I think we're we're there and if we don't have any other questions and overall yes, I I. 00:19:15
Support this this project. 00:19:23
The topography I think of the site too, really lends itself to this addition and you won't have no view impacts, just the way the 00:19:26
sighting is. 00:19:30
Even though the new addition of the second story and the balconies it's just it's positioned to to accommodate that so. 00:19:36
OK, so I'll make a motion to accept it, making sure that they do follow up on the tree report. 00:19:47
I can second. 00:19:54
OK. I'll take the roll call #7. 00:20:01
Aye, chair Boyle. I mean, sorry, vice chair Boyle. 00:20:04
Aye Chair Bornstein. Aye. And Secretary Brooks motion passes to approve the project, ensuring the tree report is. 00:20:08
420 with one vacancy. 00:20:18
OK. Next on the agenda, we have item 8, architectural permit and we'll know the shoulder views permit 23-0302 Four 915 Ripple Ave. 00:20:24
We have the staff report. 00:20:38
Yeah, one minute. Get the project up on. 00:20:41
Hey. 00:20:53
You're approved. 00:20:55
Nobody. Nobody said anything. 00:20:58
I will be presenting this for Joe Sedor. He was the contract planner for this. 00:21:06
And good afternoon, Chair Bornstein and board members. This is 905 Ripple Ave. APA UP23-0302. 00:21:12
The project site is an interior lot located near the intersection of Ripple Ave. and Del Monte Blvd. in an area consisting of 00:21:23
medium to large size one and two-story residences in the beach tracked Fairway home residential neighborhood and R1 zoning 00:21:27
district. 00:21:32
The 5000 square foot parcel is currently developed with the single family residence garage and guest house totaling approximately 00:21:38
1766 square feet. 00:21:42
Proposed development would include demolition of the existing garage and guest house and major remodel of and 580 square feet of 00:21:47
additions to the existing residents, including an attached garage. 00:21:53
Existing development is non conforming with regard to setbacks. However, as proposed and conditioned, the remodeled residents and 00:22:00
garage would correct these non conforming setbacks and would conform to all required development standards for the zoning 00:22:04
district. 00:22:09
As proposed, the project is categorically exempt from Sequoia per Section 15301, Existing Facilities. This includes a staff 00:22:14
presentation and I'm available for questions. 00:22:19
Thank you. 00:22:25
OK, now we will open it up for public comment. 00:22:29
Do we have the applicant? 00:22:42
The virtual audience. 00:22:48
Oh, I didn't know you were the architect, Sorry. 00:22:51
Good afternoon. Members of the Architectural Review Board. Committee Chair Weinstein, congratulations on your new appointment. I'm 00:23:13
Hunter Eldridge. I'm the architect working with Hubert and Grace Allen to renovate this. 00:23:20
Residents that's been in their family for a long time, If you visited the site, I think you could see that it's they're suffering 00:23:28
from some deferred maintenance and in need of some. 00:23:33
Renovating, and that's what we're here to do. 00:23:39
It's a non. It was determined to be non historic. It's not on the HRI, nor did our phase one assessment deem it to have any 00:23:44
historic merit. However, we are trying to maintain that same cottage style. 00:23:50
It's a single level beach cottage. 00:23:58
The No neighbors have expressed any concerns. We are as. 00:24:03
Mr. Campbell said. We're bringing a lot of existing non conforming elements into conformance through the work we're doing here. 00:24:09
I don't see this as a very contentious project, so I'll keep my presentation short, but I'm here to answer any questions if you 00:24:19
have them. Thank you. 00:24:24
Open the floor for public comment. 00:24:33
In zoom or in person? 00:24:36
I see no virtual hands raised. 00:24:40
And no one at the podium. So we will close public comment and bring it back to the board for discussion. 00:24:43
I'm happy to lead us off this time. 00:24:53
Easy to do, I think. The plans, unsurprisingly, look. 00:24:56
Very, very lovely. 00:25:01
I think it's a beautiful design. I appreciate that. 00:25:03
It's keeping the same design as currently. 00:25:08
That's only there. I'm expanding on it. I also just. 00:25:12
Acknowledge and. 00:25:19
Appreciate the report consisting to the applicable codes with regards to. 00:25:22
Setbacks and the and the AUP with respect to the AUP. So I thought that was very helpful and. 00:25:31
Appreciated kind of that being in the actual report I don't have any. 00:25:39
Anything else to? 00:25:44
I think it was a beautiful design and looks like a lovely project. 00:25:46
I was going to say the same thing. I always appreciate it when. 00:25:54
You take something that's not conforming and you make it conforming and I also. 00:26:01
Really do appreciate. 00:26:08
Not completely maxing out the height. I really feel like this is. 00:26:12
This is just going to look like it's always been in the neighborhood as is, and it's going to make a I've been in this house 00:26:19
before and it's it's. 00:26:24
It's very small and this is going to make it extremely livable. 00:26:28
And I'm, you know, I'm definitely in favor of. 00:26:33
Of this. 00:26:36
I'll go next. You made it easy. Anna's. You know the details, you know know what people are looking for and. 00:26:42
Also drove by it first and looked at the plans and was just delighted. 00:26:50
To see that the house is really. 00:26:54
Be brought back to life and be conforming. 00:26:57
Nicely done. I don't have any questions. 00:26:59
Yes, I agree with my. 00:27:04
Colleagues here. I do have one request. 00:27:07
To include a separate colors and material sheet. Or perhaps put it on this a 3.4. You know it's keynote and. 00:27:12
And they did have the picture of the existing residents, but I think that's always nice to have. 00:27:19
Just a reference sheet for colors and materials. 00:27:26
I think the reorientation of the the roof pitch is a really nice. 00:27:31
Nice update and it and with the porch it just makes it really. 00:27:36
And I agree also with the findings of the news permit for. 00:27:42
To allow the composite setbacks. And though you are shifting it to the east, it looks like about close to two feet which is closer 00:27:47
to that neighbor. 00:27:52
From Siren, there's really generous amount of yard there. 00:27:58
And should not impact them dramatically and bringing that garage back we. 00:28:04
Really. 00:28:10
I appreciate that. 00:28:12
Make it look. 00:28:14
Kind of balance and have some setbacks between the back property, so. 00:28:16
Yes. And I appreciate the renders. Appreciate your plans that it's really thorough and comprehensive. So, yeah, support this 00:28:24
project. 00:28:28
I'll make a motion that we through the chair just real quick. 00:28:35
Vice Chair Boyle, do you have you said you've been in the House? Is there any reason that you might have a conflict of interest? 00:28:42
No, no. This was probably 15 years ago. We just wanted to confirm. Yes. Thank you. Thank you for asking. I should have clarified 00:28:47
that to begin with. 00:28:52
And I've been through the house, but I was not hired. 00:28:58
With with that I would. 00:29:06
Make a motion that we. 00:29:11
Approve Architectural Permit and Administrative Use Permit 23-0. 00:29:16
302 Subject to Recommended Findings and Conditions of Approval and Class 1 Categorical Exemption as submitted. 00:29:23
2nd. 00:29:36
OK, I'll do a roll call then. Vice Chair Boyle, Secretary Brooks. 00:29:40
Aye Chair Bornstein and member Sutton Aye motion passes to approve the project as submitted 4 to 0 with one vacancy. 00:29:46
Thank you. 00:29:55
Oh, I guess. 00:30:11
Moving on to our next agenda, Item C architectural requirement. 00:30:13
Number 23 Bush is a 2016. 00:30:18
1257 Vista Ave. 00:30:22
May we have the staff report? 00:30:25
Hello again. Cher Bornstein and board members are located within Del Monte Park subdivision. The 4539 square foot downward sloping 00:30:27
lot on the southeast side of Buena Vista Ave. is currently developed with an 883 square foot, one story single family residence. 00:30:36
With a 218 square foot attached carport. 00:30:45
The proposed project includes the remodel of in addition to the existing residents and attached carport. 00:30:49
The project would include a 24 square foot first floor rear edition of 562 square foot Second Story edition with three second 00:30:55
story floor, second floor exterior decks and the conversion of the attached carport to an enclosed. 00:31:02
218 square foot. 00:31:09
Garage project would result in a 1687 square foot two-story single family residence which would include the 218 square foot 00:31:11
attached garage. As proposed, the project is categorically exempt from Sequepur Section 15301 existing facilities. 00:31:20
And this includes my staff report and I'm here for questions. Thank you. 00:31:29
No. 00:31:37
With the Is the applicant on moving or present if you'd like to make a presentation? 00:31:39
The designer for the project. 00:31:55
A little bit more about. 00:32:01
The design and what is that this area is? 00:32:04
Mainly 40 foot wide lots, so the neighbors are pretty much squished on the sides or close within probably 6 to 8 feet. 00:32:09
So most of the. 00:32:17
Houses are focused to the rear, into the to the West, which is towards the ocean, and on the back of this lot there's a green 00:32:19
space which makes it kind of. 00:32:25
Unusual without having someone living behind you, so. 00:32:31
The existing It's a 70 year old house built in 1955. 00:32:36
And my client bought it 25 years. 00:32:41
And he has no intentions of selling it, he just. But it hasn't been updated for 70 years. So structurally, like most houses that 00:32:45
were built in Pacific Grove in the 50s. 00:32:51
Is very sound, but mechanically and needs updating. 00:32:57
Kitchens and bathrooms and stuff. 00:33:02
My design goals were to hit my and the client wanted to go reverse floor plan where the living area would be on the 2nd floor 00:33:06
because you can get a distant ocean view, get more exposure to the sun. So that was. 00:33:13
Going from A1 story to a two-story. 00:33:20
My goals were trying to design. 00:33:23
A second floor that was 50%. 00:33:26
Of the building. 00:33:28
Of the house in the garage on the main floor so it's not a boxy and also by changing the material so the main floor would keep the 00:33:31
stucco and the 2nd floor would have the vertical wood siding. 00:33:37
Another thing that was done design. 00:33:45
To protect the view shed from the house to the north or the northeast was to put a low slope roof over the kitchen area. 00:33:48
And the roof on the 2nd floor is particular to the. 00:33:56
Bridge on the 1st floor and goes from east to West, so that helps with his view towards the West and a little bit of the southwest 00:34:01
from the. 00:34:05
In the House. This South is not. 00:34:11
Impacted by the. 00:34:16
The setbacks. 00:34:18
On the Northside is 7 feet, On the South side is 6 feet from the side, so that's more than. 00:34:20
Most houses that are in this neighborhood. 00:34:27
And it's 30 feet from. 00:34:30
Property. 00:34:33
And all that, that's the design of the inside of the living area was designed to look towards the rear and towards the front of 00:34:40
the property. And then there's the deck off the living area. 00:34:45
Facing the the. 00:34:52
Design. 00:34:55
I think that's it if you have answer any. 00:34:57
No, I think we're we're good. We'll call you back. I just have one, I have one question. 00:35:04
And maybe also for staff, but so just to confirm. 00:35:08
The only non conforming aspect is with regard to the. 00:35:14
The garage that you're now enclosing. 00:35:19
But it's it's it's not changing, it's changing the existing. I mean we're keeping the same footprint of the carport, right, Right. 00:35:23
More storage for the house. The whole idea is to bring the house up for the next 2530 years. More storage, more. 00:35:29
Beer kitchens. 00:35:36
Anything else? Thank. 00:35:38
That was actually my question too, but directed that staff in terms of the the non conforming set back. 00:35:41
So I see on the data sheet. 00:35:49
For the North and South that it's for the. 00:35:53
Being reduced from 4 feet to. 00:35:58
But 10 on the data sheet, That's where I was a little confused. 00:36:02
I didn't see that reflected in the staff. 00:36:06
So there's the project data sheet shows no change from the existing condition to the. 00:36:20
Okay okay I misread this OK because I thought it was non conforming. Got it. 00:36:27
Well, it is. It is non conforming. It's not changing. So if it's non conforming. 00:36:33
It does require a use permit then, too. No, there's no expansion of the nonconformity. We're really the footprint is there, the 00:36:40
carport is. 00:36:45
The it's still that structure. It's. 00:36:52
Covered in building coverage and they have to stay within the basically the posts of that, of that footprint and if they were to 00:36:55
expand out then yes, they would have to. 00:37:01
To to seek A use permit. OK, I thought, based. 00:37:09
They did pull the code for non conforming 26 or 23.6801. 00:37:13
Was it? 00:37:21
Or 2368.050 if more than 25% of the linear feet. 00:37:25
Was altered. 00:37:33
Point C. 00:37:37
Is that in? 00:37:39
I'd have to look at the, yeah, yeah, it's just yeah, since there's no demolition and there's no. So that's that's usually if 00:37:41
you're taking down 20% or 25% of a non construction, it's reconstructing A nonconformity. Since there's no, there's no. 00:37:48
Deconstruction. It's just walling in an existing building. Thank you for creating, no problem. 00:37:56
Right this. 00:38:04
We'll open it up for public comment. Now we'll start. 00:38:06
Virtual Yes, we have, miss. 00:38:10
Thank you. 00:38:17
Chair and vice chair. 00:38:20
The only thing that bothers me about this project at all is from the front view. The first slide that was up there is All I see is 00:38:22
that dark garage door up front and center. 00:38:29
And that kind of bothers me. 00:38:35
If you see the depiction, it just stands out because it's dark and even with a different color it would blend in and not be so. 00:38:38
In your face kind of thing. OK, that's it. 00:38:51
Thank you. 00:38:58
And no other hands raised. Please have no other hands raised. OK, We can close public comment and bring it back to the board for 00:39:08
discussion. 00:39:12
I'll start. 00:39:24
I think it's a beautiful design. I really like it. I think it adds. 00:39:26
Nicely to it. The only questions I had were have already been addressed were with respect to the AUP and if that was necessary and 00:39:31
thank you chair and staff or. 00:39:36
Adequately addressing that, I really like the. 00:39:41
Bavarian roof lines. 00:39:45
The varying siding, I think it looks great. I think it's going to be a lovely, a lovely project, so I'm fully supportive. 00:39:48
I quite like this design. I'm really, I thought it was very interesting to do that sort of shed roof over the kitchen at that sort 00:39:57
of gave me a double take, but I really, really quite like that. I think it gives it some. 00:40:05
Real interest and again, I really appreciate the location of the. 00:40:13
Of the addition. 00:40:21
Set way back, just being mindful that there are neighbors and that they want to appreciate the view too. So I really appreciate 00:40:24
that. 00:40:28
I'm in favor of the project. 00:40:34
OK, my turn. 00:40:39
Also very in favor of the project. It was just delightful this one. I did go through the plans quite a bit before. 00:40:41
Driving by so I could visual. 00:40:48
The skylights there over the kitchen and the shed roof there make a lot of sense. It's an attractive. 00:40:51
Attractive design, and it seems to fit in well with the neighborhood. 00:40:56
So I approve as. 00:41:00
I'm sorry, I do have one more question for the applicant. Would you mind coming back up as we're talking about colors and 00:41:06
materials? I did not see a separate sheet for that or. 00:41:11
I thought I read it. Yes. So are the windows going to be. Oh, there we go, Yes. 00:41:18
That's right. OK. Just to address the. 00:41:24
Or to review the exterior colors based on public comment, yes, OK, Thank you. I've used this combination a lot. It's very 00:41:28
attractive. I think it's very kind. 00:41:34
Earth covers, yeah, Thank you. And I'll echo the comments here that it's appropriate for this site and. 00:41:40
Just the dimension to the the different roof line and and which is. 00:41:49
It's a conservative. 00:41:55
And the site really lends itself. 00:41:58
To this. 00:42:02
I support. 00:42:03
I just have one quick question. 00:42:04
With respect to the chimney, there's one thing kind of. 00:42:09
Did really appreciate and like the. 00:42:12
That current gymnast has, it seems. I just wanted to clarify. 00:42:15
When I was looking at. 00:42:19
So is that gonna be now on the? 00:42:21
I couldn't really see it by the roof line there on that last being removed. Complete batching is being removed, but is there a new 00:42:23
or the 2nd floor? Yeah. Is there a new chimney being installed in the second floor? Yeah. 00:42:29
So it'd be a. 00:42:37
It's gas. OK. Got it. All right. 00:42:38
We're going to make a motion. 00:42:51
I'll make a motion to approve it as we. 00:42:59
Let's see it. Do you need me to read the numbers? 00:43:01
Just thinking I will make a motion to accept architectural permit 23-0360. 00:43:05
I'll second. 00:43:16
This year and the with the motion as proposed and conditioned, I think if you could add that language to it. 00:43:22
Me do that right now. 00:43:33
Yeah. 00:43:34
It's probably not on that. Maybe just for future reference, would it be sufficient simply just to say if nothing has changed, that 00:44:06
making a motion to approve as listed in the recommendation in the? 00:44:14
Agenda item. 00:44:22
I think that'll probably. 00:44:24
OK. OK. I'll take A roll call now. Member set. 00:44:26
Vice Chair Boyle HI Chair Bornstein aye and Secretary Brooks Aye. Motion passes to approve the project as submitted 420 with one 00:44:31
vacancy. Thank you. 00:44:36
OK. And that concerns our meeting today and our next scheduled meeting is not March 12th. 00:44:43
Union is adjourned. 00:44:51

happy to nominate either you or Anna if Anna would like to. I know I have mentioned it. If it's something that you're interested 00:03:03

So to speak. 00:03:16
I'm going to defer to either of you 2 ladies. Are you interested? I'm interested, but, you know, deferring to you. I would be 00:03:17

to do that, of course. 00:05:11
All yours. 00:05:17

scroll up
