Councillor Stack. 00:00:04
OK, we'll just, we'll be good at the order is 8:30 to Reagan. Call the October meeting of the Business Improvement District to 00:00:07
order. And we'd like to start with public comment. Do you have anyone who'd like to make a comment? Any hands raised? 00:00:17
OK. See you on then. We'll start with our ongoing business. 00:00:29
Agenda item 3A review the August 2024 financials over to staff. No real change from last month. We had a small payment to TVC 00:00:35
Communications I believe for the Halloween event. It was for part of it, the invoices, part of the Halloween event, but it was 00:00:43
just $289.12. 00:00:52
We kind of have looked at the marketing budget especially for the Halloween event since it is so well attended and kind of to the 00:01:01
point where we can't really handle more that we decided to pull print ads for that and kind of tear down on the advertising for 00:01:10
that in general just because it's. 00:01:18
It's, you know, we're I think last year we were over 3000 typically leaders and. 00:01:27
Becoming a little bit of a burden on businesses, especially with their candy and everything. So, so the financials are basically 00:01:36
the statements last week. OK, great. And are we seeing increases? We do. Yeah, we do. And I review those with Christy before I get 00:01:46
signed. And you think you're getting 11 chance or does it look positive? 00:01:55
To the 810, yeah, the seven four on August 19th, we got the $10,474.08 from the city, but we get that into chunks, right? Yeah, 00:02:06
yeah. 00:02:13
OK. Thank you so much for that. 00:02:26
OK. And you can all see the financials in there if you don't have time now this week and I will just have a look. It's it's nice 00:02:30
to have the transparency and. 00:02:34
Have updates every. 00:02:39
Then let's call everybody have a look. 00:02:46
So I make a motion to approve the financials. 00:02:54
I'd second. 00:03:05
Shall we have a vote? Everyone who agrees? 00:03:08
Aye, aye, aye. 00:03:15
Motion approved. 00:03:20
OK. 00:03:31
It's different here, but OK. 00:03:35
Excellent. Thank you. So is Steve online? Yeah. Oh, hey, Steve. So we've got. 00:03:38
Agenda item 3B The new good logo updates and discussion. So over to you. 00:03:47
So the final bid logo was delivered to the Advisory Board last month following your approval of that final design and the base 00:03:53
files which can be utilized for. 00:04:02
Whatever we want to, but also can be edited. We're also within the e-mail that was sent through and so that's where we stand. I 00:04:12
believe that Stephanie had mentioned she was going to take a look at the logo and see about. 00:04:20
Changing some colors around and stuff like that as warranted to make the the color a little bit closer to what the lampposts were. 00:04:30
I know we're all very, very busy. We can also do that as well. Stephanie, if you've got, you know, if you're in the, the middle of 00:04:37
holiday stuff, I'm happy to do it. 00:04:43
We've got multiple colors. 00:04:52
Of lamppost so I think a lot are going to need to be repainted so maybe we keep it from blue until we. 00:04:56
Settle on an actual color with the city, I think because. 00:05:04
Because some of them are black, some of them are green. 00:05:09
Black I just think is a little too harsh for the logo. I'm I'm fine with the blue for now, but you know, we can maybe visit, 00:05:13
revisit that once the city figures out what they're going to do and make them all the same or. 00:05:19
OK, OK. 00:05:29
And and obviously the the logo. 00:05:32
Can be, I mean, we don't have a as, as an organization, we don't have a set of brand guidelines that have been approved and voted 00:05:35
on. And so to go outside of those would be going against the wishes of the Advisory Board. So as a, for instance, if we were 00:05:43
putting that into an advertisement or a flyer or something like that, then we can easily manipulate the color as needed. 00:05:52
So it's it's not a. 00:06:02
It's not a big deal to be able to make those adjustments and and and again, whenever the city lands on what their preferred color 00:06:04
is going to be going forward, we can then make the adjustments then and have two or three different versions. 00:06:10
That we can use for, you know, whatever we may need. 00:06:17
So, so the artist who completed the work for us, are we going to get them their money that's already been paid? That was the that 00:06:21
was the 239 that you guys reimbursed me for. 00:06:28
So that's where we stand with that. And actually the first time that that logo will be seen is in the bottom half of the Harold's 00:06:39
ad that that promotes the. 00:06:45
Trick or treating and the holiday open house. Just a small little logo down at the bottom of the bottom portion of the ad so. 00:06:52
How to visit? Too late to check in. Johnson OK, OK. 00:07:02
So, so we change the reference, we change, we changed it only your holiday stuff, your full page. OK, so it's still print 00:07:09
Halloween. Yeah. The board has since moved on in thinking. So we're not going to advertise the Halloween event at all in print 00:07:16
media. 00:07:22
Because so we're, we had like 3000, that's kind of capacity last year with the price of candy for businesses. So we don't want 00:07:30
anymore, we don't want to advertise it really. So we'll just advertise the holiday thing. But she rejected the app, right? 00:07:39
Yeah. So, so this, so just as an FYI, this this particular ad is not pulled out of the Halloween budget. This is has always 00:07:50
traditionally been an ad that is commingled with the chamber as part of an advertising buy in the Pacific Grove focus section that 00:07:59
ends up in the Herald. So it's not part that is not part of the Halloween budget. 00:08:08
OK, well, we just don't want to have any more Halloween ads, right? 00:08:19
OK. I mean it's, it's enough already with you know, we don't it's just difficult for the businesses to go, so OK. 00:08:26
Good. All right, so that was the bid logo. OK, so a few a few questions then can we can we get a copy like the chamber and could I 00:08:36
have a copy? Sometimes I do a mailing, you know thing. Yeah, the logo's been been sent to the entire bid Advisory Board. 00:08:48
We can use it as it is then. Oh perfect. 00:09:02
Yeah, absolutely. 00:09:06
Like it would be nice to. 00:09:07
Put it on our agenda for next time. And we've got a website on a web page on the city website. We have it on there. And I had this 00:09:11
sort of idea of making a newsletter for all the members of the survey. Like what would you like to see the BID doing this this 00:09:20
year kind of thing? So I would need that as a graphic for the newsletter, so. 00:09:30
So that's cool. So we, we have it already. Awesome. Steve do do one of those logos are they have a background remover on it 00:09:40
because we were trying to use it. 00:09:45
Did you put, did it mean that the background removed and we have I can, I can get, I can still make it a tip so that the 00:09:52
backgrounds. Oh, perfect. Yeah. And could you send me one of those too? Yeah, OK. 00:09:58
You said when you the payout, was it itemized as the the payment to the invoice? I forgot what it was for. I had the invoice 00:10:07
because I just want to make sure that we know that that was paid exactly. 00:10:14
OK. Yes, I, I sent an invoice through to Christy and that invoice was for the cost of the the graphic designers charge for this 00:10:23
and that was what was reimbursed to me since I paid the graphic designer, yes. 00:10:32
OK. All right then. 00:10:49
Umm, any other questions or comments about this? 00:10:52
Yeah, I'm really happy with the result. And if you see a seagull cropping up, you'll know who did. 00:10:58
Yeah. And you know, I apologize before we. 00:11:08
Started on agenda item three. I did not invite any public comments so. 00:11:14
OK. We had a discussion. But anyway, OK. So next we're moving on to agenda Item 4, which is new business. And thank you so much, 00:11:22
Steve. 00:11:25
The new business is a is the vacancy to replace Jason? We've got downtown trick or treat update and we've got holiday events. So 00:11:30
can I first invite public comment if there's any? 00:11:37
All right then. So I actually have my neighbor attached to this one, but can I pass that over to you because you're really a 00:11:46
little bit more involved with this? Yeah. And when Jason said he's really busy right now, he has his hands in another project and 00:11:53
he wants to come back. But I told him you can come to a meeting anytime. You just don't have to be on the board if you don't want. 00:12:00
And so he's that wants to step down. Well, immediately we get. 00:12:07
The bank collection, she's above Patrick Hitch upstairs. Her name is Ali Weiland Allison. Her husband is the general manager at 00:12:14
Woody's. We met him first. He told us my wife was opening his door in Pacific Grove. Really cute store. She's opening late August, 00:12:22
out of October. Is that right? I think so. Anyway, she goes, I want to be more involved. She's energy, she's young. I said, would 00:12:29
you want to be on the Advisory Board? I would love to. She had her application to me in like 1/2 an hour. 00:12:36
She's so excited, so here's her application. 00:12:44
If you want to vote and then we pass to the city, I think it's the next step. And then we degraded to the meeting. So that was an 00:12:46
easy replacement and. 00:12:50
Right. Yeah, so. 00:12:56
Can we vote without her being here? 00:13:01
Yeah, yeah, I think you can. OK. And I know it has to go to the city to be vetted, but now we've got 1234, we still got a quorum 00:13:05
without. 00:13:12
Permission. All right. Well then, so if you want a leader, I can have her come around with anybody. 00:13:22
Well, Chrissy, I, I think you. 00:13:31
Have some of the contributes. So I think that's, you know, it's sort of nice how we're building up a new team that, you know, we, 00:13:34
you change viewpoints, everyone has different focuses and things and it's always a good organic process. So, you know, I, I really 00:13:40
welcome different points of view. And it looks like she's been in the area for, you know, quite a while. So she's not like this is 00:13:47
new. 00:13:53
Kind of living teaching my back. My back fence is in Pacific Rim. She's right on the board. 00:14:01
Davidson She feels like my mind is she has a business here. 00:14:06
Yeah, I'm excited to have her. Well, I make the motion that we. 00:14:12
Have invited her to be on the boards. Approved. Approved her to be on the board. I'll second so so let's vote All in favor. Aye 00:14:21
aye. 00:14:26
Alexei there. Yes. Aye. Oh, I'm at the other. Alex. Alessandra. Alex. Excuse me. So, yeah. So I appreciate. No, I mean, and you 00:14:34
OK? He's not. 00:14:40
OK, that's an I. Awesome. 00:14:49
I approve. 00:14:54
All right, so will you be the point person then to? Yeah, yeah. And then I'll let her know and then we'll pass it to the city 00:14:58
first, get final approval and then we'll bring her to the next meeting. And I think one of the board approved and the next step is 00:15:03
associated. 00:15:08
You're welcome, and by then, historically open 2. 00:15:14
She's having her grand opening on November 1st. 00:15:19
OK. Yeah, that's wonderful. OK. Just along those lines, you know, we, we in the past have had more members turn out, not 00:15:27
necessarily just the board members, but just district members. And I am interested in trying to increase the numbers of members 00:15:36
that that participate and have something to contribute and have. 00:15:46
Questions or answers, you know, so I thought maybe, you know, a survey of some sort could be crafted to send out to people apart 00:15:56
from just meeting people talking, which I do all the time and I always get like 8:30 in the morning away so. 00:16:04
You know, but people can zoom in. I think that's like a really nice facility we've had in the last few years. So anyway, but just 00:16:14
maybe by sort of soliciting comments. 00:16:20
Concerns, whatever, maybe that would kind of get people. 00:16:26
To understand that they're invited to come and participate. 00:16:33
And we tried sending out a special invite. We're going to have pastries and coffee. And we did. We got no, I mean, I don't know 00:16:36
what what a draw would be. It's like, I mean, it's their contribution to even our events. Yeah, ideas. And then they don't have to 00:16:43
help organize it. They just put their opinion. 00:16:49
Yeah. And it's like, you know, for a lot of volunteer things, it's either you have that passion or you don't understand what is to 00:16:59
make your business be better. We used to have, I forget what it was called, it was on a Saturday and we go out in teams and go to 00:17:07
businesses and kind of do a neighborly. 00:17:15
Read on what they wanted or what they. 00:17:24
That we should be doing, but I think now with people being in less in contact with each other, it may not work as well as it used 00:17:27
to work. But we kind of did that before chopped the block too. We went into businesses and just kind of got their input and you 00:17:34
know, it was good because it was like certain businesses were like, I really don't want it in front of my businesses that talk 00:17:41
gets trapped in and but I love the event, but you know, getting that kind of feedback from people. 00:17:49
From, you know, business owners I think is good and you know. 00:17:57
I'm on the PG Chamber board as well and we got some kind of, you know, feedback about Halloween event being too big and not 00:18:02
helpful to all types of businesses and stuff. So, you know, I think we need to keep an eye on. 00:18:10
A read on the business account, how expensive it's getting, you know, how it affects, you know, traffic and all of that. It's 00:18:19
funny because I'm doing some canvassing with the upcoming election, by the way, So I did on Saturday mornings. So this is app 00:18:27
called PDI. It's so cool. It's like everyone who does canvassing uses it. It's like the best app ever and you get all like. 00:18:36
An area so you have the Business Improvement District on the map on your phone. 00:18:44
Everyone that you haven't contacted is a green dot and then everyone that you knock on their door had a chat with them. If there's 00:18:48
a follow up, it will be a yellow dot or if it's all included, it's a red dot. So you see your map go from green to yellow and red 00:18:56
to red. You know, it's just so maybe like the board is free, you know, and you can download it and just do that so. 00:19:03
I'm going to like visitors because we walk around all the time. They really do. I just think they. 00:19:13
It is early and they are some of them one man show. They don't have anybody to watch their store come down and participate, but 00:19:18
they do like visitors. 00:19:23
Like think of some key questions to ask. 00:19:30
Say that to try and really. 00:19:34
You'll represent people and we, you know, we have our agendas and things that we like. So but if we want to kind of branch out a 00:19:38
bit more, maybe, maybe. 00:19:42
That on as an agenda item maybe. 00:19:49
When we're out now, we come up with questions. When we're all walking around, we can hit places at the same time. When we're in, 00:19:53
you can ask them, but certainly OK. Sounds good. Anyway, Downtown trick or treat update, candy discounts. Steve, over to you. 00:20:02
Thanks, everyone. So I'll just provide a brief overview of where we stand with the event itself and then we can talk candy. So as 00:20:13
of this morning, we have 59 participants. 00:20:18
That have signed up. We there are about half a dozen of our businesses that participated last year that have not signed up yet. 00:20:24
About three of them are long time participants. We've emailed, DM them, called, you know the next thing to do is is to call them 00:20:33
as well places like spirals. 00:20:43
And. 00:20:53
Victorious you know typically they respond late, but we're actually well pacing well ahead of where we normally are in terms of 00:20:56
sign ups and so I expect that we'll be around 65 total I. 00:21:03
By the time that that the event kicks off as a for instance, Pavels which is already participating, which always participates, you 00:21:12
know, they're only open on Saturdays now. So that just may be a function of they're not able to make the cookies that they 00:21:20
normally do or hand out candy like they normally do just because they're focused on day of sales. Whereas last year and obviously 00:21:27
in years past they have been open a lot more than just on Saturday. 00:21:35
So something to consider. And then we do have some businesses that are no longer with us, but 65 is probably where we're going to 00:21:42
be ending up thereabouts, which is a great number and typical of years past. 00:21:51
The downtown hay bales and pumpkins and everything are being delivered today. There was a slight delay due to the delay in our 00:22:00
approval of everything, but those will be distributed and downtown will be decorated by this afternoon and then our social media 00:22:09
is kicked off. And not to worry, there's no print advertising that is specific to. 00:22:17
To the event, so we're right in line there. 00:22:27
Now as far as oh and the sound permits have been approved. 00:22:30
For both events. And so I'll be picking up those permits this week and I'll go ahead and and take care of that and then invoice 00:22:39
the bid with the receipt and everything like that. But those are ready and have been approved at the police station and will be 00:22:47
distributed out to not only the DJ and the chamber, but we'll send it to the BID board as well. 00:22:55
And I have one thing Steve and I had talked about which I think we still need to do, is I'd like to use bid funds to buy an 00:23:04
extension cord that Alessandro can have at the bank so that we don't have to rely on always bringing him an extension cord or, you 00:23:12
know, they can just be ready to go so that it's, you know, under his door. 00:23:20
Because last chocolate block we scrambled a little bit and I ended up feeding it from my store and then we had to go across the 00:23:28
street. So if we can buy Mechanics Bank an extension cord just that they have. 00:23:35
I already used to do that before this event, of course, and as long as the bid gives their thumbs up, I'll go and I'll pick one up 00:23:42
at Pacific Grove Hardware and then include it in the expenses. 00:23:48
OK, all in favor, I don't know that we need to vote, but like if you if you feel more comfortable. 00:23:58
And so the last thing is the candy. So we have not received any responses back from Grove Markets. We did have a conversation with 00:24:05
Andronicos. So the contact that Christie had provided is no longer there. There's somebody that is new. And so I had a couple, I 00:24:14
had a conversation with her and her assistant manager. The process is. 00:24:23
Sending in a. 00:24:33
A letter from the bid which just outlines this is what we're asking for and what the purpose is for and who it's serving. And then 00:24:35
we need to include our tax ID number on there and then submit that to them. They have a pool of money that they're able to draw 00:24:42
from and. 00:24:49
The whatever amount that they're able to give us would then be placed onto a gift card, which we then use to purchase. 00:24:58
Whatever items we need. So one of the so, so from that standpoint, I have a letter ready to go to them. I just need to get your 00:25:07
your guys's thumbs up that we want to pursue that. And then I just need to get the tax ID number to include in there. The one 00:25:15
caveat is that. 00:25:23
Andronicos only does their large bags of candy. They only order those. 00:25:32
Once per year and so whatever they have left in the store, which I took a look at their inventory and it's about 20 bags right 00:25:39
now. The the large ones, that's what they would have they they don't do another order. 00:25:46
So we would be able to get a. 00:25:55
We would be able to get probably a couple, you know, probably like if they're able to go to, you know, 250 plus. 00:25:58
We probably would be able to get 10 to 15 bags of candy based on what they have there, which isn't insignificant, but we would 00:26:08
have the normal candy purchase that we have had before. So we would be getting additional candy to be able to give out to our. 00:26:18
To be able to give out to our businesses. 00:26:29
Do you know when they put their order in? She said. Six to eight months beforehand. They order once. 00:26:33
And. 00:26:41
That's that's how they do it. They they don't do additional orders, even if they're paid for by the by the person who's ordering 00:26:44
them. 00:26:49
We're doing hard for holidays. We usually have to like I order my Christmas stuff in January. It's just, it's one of those things 00:26:55
where you, you know, and there's minimums to meet. They probably have, you know, have to order so much of the time. I wonder if 00:27:03
Safeway and Lucky's have a similar. Did you go to Lucky's by any chance? I did go to Lucky's. I did not hear back from. 00:27:11
Their from their store manager so I will go back in and. 00:27:19
See if I can't move that a little bit further. 00:27:24
OK, you you have his name Zeke. 00:27:28
Is Safeway worth considering? I mean, I think that this is an ceremony. Same corporation. Well, they said separate. So yeah, I 00:27:34
would Safeway be a good protocol? Absolutely. 00:27:42
So we can, we can, we can head up there. Yeah, I, I haven't, I Lucky's for other projects we've dealt with and they've always been 00:27:52
pretty, pretty good about trying to help out. And obviously Andronicos, we, I haven't worked specifically with Safeway, but we can 00:28:01
certainly approach them and, and see what we can do for sure. Maybe if we have the letter in hand, we can just change, change the. 00:28:10
100% yeah. And that and that was going to be, that was going to be my next. 00:28:20
That was going to be the next question is, is once we can get the tax ID number, we can just change the addresses and the the two 00:28:24
person and then bring those letters in and they maybe even you know, say, hey, we'll go ahead and we'll give you a discount. Just 00:28:30
go ahead and purchase it. 00:28:36
Did anyone, I don't know if you went forward with this, but we had said maybe someone like Hayward Slumber would like to sponsor 00:28:44
the event and have their name on it and stuff, but is it probably delayed for that? I don't know. Well, it, so we went out to a 00:28:50
number of places and some of them that were downtown businesses, you know, came back and said, well, we're already participating, 00:28:57
you know, in the event. 00:29:03
We did inquire to some of the non downtown businesses. 00:29:10
And the question that I got was, and this is maybe a question for Lori was are you a 501C3? And I don't know if we're A501C3 or if 00:29:15
we are. 00:29:21
A different. 00:29:29
Not-for-profit designation, I'm not. I'm not quite sure about that. 00:29:31
Your either AC3 or C6 above nonprofit. So yeah, I'll I'll see if I can find in that to you today. Perfect. And it might be good to 00:29:42
put the letter to absolutely. So we could, we could absolutely go out and and and get these folks in since we're not doing any 00:29:50
print ads. 00:29:57
You know, everything would be on social media and we can always do individual social media posts thanking them for being a 00:30:06
sponsor. 00:30:10
And put them on the the event page. No problem. Christy, I don't believe that the you guys have printed the posters yet so we can. 00:30:14
Oh, I can't hear you. 00:30:30
I'm sorry. 00:30:36
Oh, I was just, I was just saying since the since the the posters haven't been printed yet, we can include logos in there. 00:30:39
But what I was saying in regards to something more specific was we can utilize the social media channels to thank the sponsors as 00:30:49
well. 00:30:53
Right. And you physically following when downtown Pacific Grove and the chamber. So yeah, we could definitely give them some 00:30:59
profile in town. Exactly. 00:31:05
Great. OK. Any other comments or questions? 00:31:12
All right, well, let's let's move on then to holiday events. It's really the first one really is Steve. 00:31:18
OK, so we've got Small Business Saturday, which is November 30th. We've got the downtown shop, sip and stroll, downtown lights and 00:31:29
marketing. So yes, Steve, could you briefly just take the first one? So as you all know, the Small Business Saturday is the 00:31:37
downtown holiday open house and typically. 00:31:45
It is mid-october that we go out to the businesses. 00:31:54
To solicit the participants for the event. And so we would be sending that e-mail out. More than likely it'll be on Monday. And 00:31:59
then we've kind of got to do a little bit more legwork for this event just because it's right, you know, it's right after 00:32:07
Halloween. It's, you know, it's a month after the Halloween events and people switch really quickly. 00:32:16
Into their their holiday mode following that. 00:32:25
What I will be doing is bringing back the line item budgets at the beginning of November for your approval. It'll be based on the 00:32:28
same thing that we had for last year. The only thing I would want to check with you guys is if you want to have print advertising 00:32:37
included. If not, no problem and we would. 00:32:45
Not be including the flags. 00:32:54
So ultimately it would just be the social media advertising for it, unless you do want to do print advertising for this. 00:32:57
The the DJ, the event management fee and that's really it because there's no candy involved or, or anything like that. Now one 00:33:07
thing that you that you could do with the extra funds that would be available is in the past we have hired carolers to walk 00:33:15
throughout downtown. 00:33:23
You know, that's an idea, and obviously. 00:33:32
You know, there's other items on here like the sip and stroll and lights and and stuff like that, so just wanted to make you aware 00:33:36
of that, but we'll bring back the line item. 00:33:41
For this particular event at the beginning of November. 00:33:47
Does anyone go to a local church that might have a choir that would like to do that and we can reach out to them? Ellen has 00:33:58
contacts for the ones that do music and the schools too. Besides to be church fires and. 00:34:05
Apparently, the different stages of my life. So I don't know. I mean, just a thought. Just to keep the costs down instead of 00:34:14
paying someone. Maybe we don't like to do that as volunteers. Yeah. You shouldn't have to pay. We shouldn't look fine for 00:34:19
entertainment. Yeah. 00:34:24
What's the time? 00:34:31
Praying for that. What is the time on your Small Business Saturday It's it's 1:50 is when we would have the. 00:34:33
Is when we would have the the DJI mean it's all day, but we're you know, we typically we do 1:50 as the timeframe for when the DJ 00:34:43
is out there, but obviously some stores are open, you know till 5:00 or 6:00 and other stores may close a little bit earlier I. 00:34:52
Which is an hour later. Yeah. Because nobody really opens intensity. I wonder if we should make it like 11 to 30. Yeah, because 00:35:03
and also the noise, you know, the noise from the DJ, you know, I think 11 is a little bit better. 00:35:11
Than 10. 00:35:20
More is happening at 11 because it's usually 10:00. It's like people are, you know, they're at the restaurants eating breakfast 00:35:25
and doing that kind of thing. But we, we open at 11:00 and we get a fair number of people coming in at 11. OK, Will the DJ be 00:35:33
doing primarily Christmas type themed music or? Yes, they Yeah, it's, it's all Christmas and holiday music. 00:35:41
OK. 00:35:49
So maybe you don't even need the Carolers. 00:35:52
Maybe want to switch it up and have it more infested with people walking around. 00:35:57
Yeah, just as an FYI, the carolers are extremely expensive. So when we hired them. 00:36:07
I think this was probably back in 2016. I think for the four of them it was. 00:36:16
450 or 475 for an hour, and obviously they come in their Victorian garb. It's very Dickensian. But Phyllis from the nest. 00:36:25
I believe she was part of it. 00:36:39
Yeah, but. 00:36:41
Holiday at the end. I approached her for the holiday at the end and she told me her price. I'm so OK. You're way out of our 00:36:45
budget. And then we got desperate and also been walking around and I don't know. Jenny called. She knew somebody else in the 00:36:50
group. They're in our event for just a couple 100 bucks. 00:36:55
They do do it. 00:37:02
I mean, you know, they're, and that's The thing is they're professional, you know, they're professional musicians and there's four 00:37:05
of them. And so look, I, you know, the price is the price if you know, they're coming out with their costumes and everything. And 00:37:10
that's why we've typically utilized the. 00:37:15
The DJ just because it's and also then they can make announcements as well for things that are going on and, and the DJ does do 00:37:21
announcements for particular businesses and who's participating and where to go and things like that. So, so we've been able to. 00:37:31
You know have multiple levels of of interaction besides just the music. 00:37:42
I can also see if we can get like a high school band to come in and play and put them down at the pub so we have music at that end 00:37:47
of Lighthouse because this music down here, you don't hear down there and see if they'll come in. And usually they'll even come in 00:37:53
here like $100. They just want to play. So we have some people we can reach out to them. Spread music all through Lighthouse, 00:37:59
different kinds of music. 00:38:05
To keep people walking around. Is there an event like the can't remember the shops that and stroll? Is that at night? 00:38:11
Yeah, we've never done it. We haven't because that would be great to have carolers at night be seem more appropriate or more 00:38:20
appreciated, I think. 00:38:24
Get to it. That was my idea to try it this year and throw it out the chamber. It could be like the event, but chamber. 00:38:31
Of orchestrated well could we send out? 00:38:38
A notification to businesses like this week or next, maybe about the Small Business Saturday to to get them starting to think 00:38:43
about what specials they want to do and if they're, you know, encourage them to put it on their social media. 00:38:51
Yes, that's what the the e-mail that I was referencing first participation signups, we do encourage them to think about the 00:39:00
specials that they're going to have, whether it be a discount or it's a an actual event that they're going to have. 00:39:08
Within their space and sharing that on, on social media, we, we encourage a number of times, we encourage the businesses to let us 00:39:16
know what that is so that we can publicize it through the bid social media channels. And there always seems to be a fair number of 00:39:23
businesses that do share that. But I will I will tell you it's not everybody. And so we, we try as best we can to get everybody to 00:39:30
have something going on. 00:39:37
But. 00:39:45
There are businesses that decide not to that participate but decide not to publicize a special or have something going on within 00:39:46
their store. 00:39:51
OK. 00:40:00
Cool. Then I mean, we sort of thought that with chocolate block when we were like telling people like they were bringing football, 00:40:03
so you need to use that football, you know, and we were trying to give them ideas. I don't know if maybe it's worth in the e-mail 00:40:08
saying like, hey, have you considered having? 00:40:13
Hot toddies, but like hot chocolate, Yeah. 00:40:21
Orange juice or something, I don't know and you know, or like just to just some. 00:40:26
Some ideas to get their creative juices flowing about what they could possibly do. So just it would it would make the event more 00:40:33
successful if they had more support in trying to think of a fresh idea. Like if they're kind of not that into it, maybe we can 00:40:40
make it sound more attractive to, you know, let them know. 00:40:46
Yeah, that it is. It is a marketing or it's a marketing thing for their business, so. 00:40:54
What I always tell them is we're getting the people downtown and it could be a dancing snowman in front of your store. You know, 00:41:01
like, do something to make you stand out. Put your candle burning at the door where people are going to smell it as they walk by 00:41:09
whatever it is. And we can keep talking and then lead them into the chopstick and stroll like, hey, start with the 30th. 00:41:17
And be prepared for the next two events. So that's a perfect segue. 00:41:26
Is that Thank you, Steve. Was there anything else we can. OK, Christy over to you then we'll make sure that the. Yeah. I'll make 00:41:32
sure the e-mail has you know pushes ideas for participation in the event. Yeah. Awesome. Kind of excited. And when we're walking 00:41:39
around. So we came up with the idea of Chuck sip and stool for the holidays a bourbonized holiday open house before it would be in 00:41:46
the evening 2 Thursdays because the way Christmas falls and and all of our other holiday events. 00:41:54
We can only do to Thursday and I think at like 5:30 to 8:30 or 5:30 to 9:00, you know, right when your business closes and same 00:42:02
thing is Small Business Saturday, but it'll be more infested and we can help organize music. 00:42:09
Lights downtown. That's the next part we'll put into this. We've been talking to Richard Whitney who did the summer lights, and he 00:42:18
came up with kind of how to bring him in. He had this whole big plan and it sounds amazing, like, hey Richard, we're on a budget. 00:42:26
And the EDC would be involved too. We can go to them and see if they want to help because it could be lights we could use every 00:42:34
year. And do you remember exactly what was on his final? It was like $3200 and we could streamline it more, but it would be 00:42:39
shared. 00:42:44
And he would put lights in the middle, like on the medians, help better with the trees. He talked about, I don't know if it's on 00:42:51
this quote, putting a light on the lamp post like a little thing that shines down and these snowflakes on the sidewalk. 00:42:58
Interactive City Hall where you could change the color of City Hall clock tower with your phone. So he wants to do some 00:43:06
interactive stuff. He wants to help every business light up the window, even if it's putting that lighting or a curtain of lights 00:43:12
or something. We want everybody lit up all down, down before before Small Business Saturday because it'll be before the parade 00:43:19
motion. None. It's because the 80 cancelled the meeting tomorrow because there was something on the agenda. 00:43:26
That's OK, we could do a. 00:43:34
Yeah, we'll figure that out. 00:43:37
$50,000 and we're not asking and they've not spent any Yeah, because we're it would be very small like how much his, his, his. 00:43:40
He included things like Dobos that would project that, snowflakes on the sidewalk and things like that. 00:43:55
He wanted to light up all the trees in the median. 00:44:05
And. 00:44:11
But it's going to be. 00:44:14
He included meteorites. Those were kind of like long. 00:44:17
And he has ways to hang like he do it by himself. He has ways to get up there that doesn't hurt the tree. 00:44:23
Don't need ladders? 00:44:30
So The thing is, you know, there are places in the world that that invest a lot in making their downtown beautiful from the 1st of 00:44:34
December or from just after Thanksgiving and it really takes back. So if you get known as a really cute place to do shopping, like 00:44:40
you really want to go with your mom or your whatever your girlfriend has, have lunch there and have tea there or whatever and do 00:44:47
shopping. 00:44:53
That will really, you know, be felt at the cash register. So I think it's really worth investing in this. And like if that were a 00:45:01
stated goal of the Business Improvement District and the EEC, then this is that thing where business to business you're combining, 00:45:08
you know, like the business interest groups and combining your. 00:45:16
Intentions and your budgets and we're able to achieve something which is significant so. 00:45:25
I really like that idea. My kids is on 'cause he remember came to us and said is there any way we can do lights? You know, like 00:45:31
really I think that you need. So I think it's a universally liked idea. 00:45:38
And it can expand with this little budget. Everybody likes it. He wants to do, we said what's the biggest wow factor to start? 00:45:46
Because we do want to be that 24 related town and people know that they come down and do their holiday shopping and they plan 00:45:53
around it. And we can keep expanding. We can bring interior drives. And I wanted to even talk to the theater for this year and do 00:46:00
a kickoff movie at the theater. We get the Grinch Stole Christmas and we had no inside blowing and. 00:46:07
And they want it to be that QQ and the whole month very. So what a win. I mean, it's not like Halloween was sick. We have some 00:46:43
people once we can't even handle it. But this is like meeting people in all months. So yeah, it starts with the. 00:46:50
Tree lighting interactions and the tree lighting the parade while still listening to the park holiday at the end and right into 00:46:57
this was a continuous five to six weeks of sun here for people to come in. When does the sun go down though? When would the lights 00:47:03
like coming to the earth? 00:47:09
So that would be good. That's good. Maybe the shops will want to stay open an extra hour or something. 00:47:20
Once they see it, it could be on their own, but then during these events, we would make it work. So when we talked about Steve 00:47:28
going around and talking about smugglers this Saturday, we can also go around and talk about all of it and what we're what it's 00:47:35
going to look like for all the events together. So Small Business Saturday is just a kickoff to more shopping. 00:47:42
So that would be so exciting. I hope that that we get somewhere, we'll get somewhere with it this year and then we'll just keep 00:47:51
building. Yeah, I think it's like the long term plan and it's a really good idea. So it might be in between meetings. I mean, we 00:47:55
could just sit at the top. 00:48:00
Is there something, is it we're working to fine tune this and maybe get it lower, but it's going to be a shared expense. But we, 00:48:05
so right now we're 3800. So is there a dollar amount that you want to improve? Well, I think we're backing off on print ads, you 00:48:12
know, and some of the print ads are like $900.00. So it's like who would be your Max? And then not that we would use it, but maybe 00:48:20
we would have to come back and get it approved. We would just say, OK, you approved. 00:48:27
We're only we only need 1500, you know, chamber, whoever should we vote something so we can pull OK, the slight difficulties that 00:48:35
like not seeing something like, you know, you know, like a thingy, but we've got like 25. 00:48:44
1000 and we're cutting back on a lot of things. I know that we're talking about doing some more things in house, so maybe we could 00:48:54
do all of it, but with the CDC, the EDC, we don't want them involved. 00:49:01
Get the next layer. 00:49:14
I don't know what his like add-ons are like if we could just, you know, and I really think that like our members would go, wow, 00:49:16
really like putting the bill for that. That's my, that's where right and that's what we want. So I don't know, I, I sort of go for 00:49:24
all of it really well, I mean, like we have like $9500 in the budget for marketing opportunities. We've spent $289 of that. 00:49:33
For advertising, we have 6700 bucks in the budget. We've not spent any of that. 00:49:43
Is that right? 00:49:50
Levels, right, well, advertising that we've not spent anything. 00:49:52
Yeah, this fiscal year because, Oh yes, it started. OK. So, so I mean, it looks like and like events slash promotions, we have 00:49:58
$10,000 in the budget. We've spent $695, I mean. 00:50:06
And then you have the rest of the year. But what do you Chuck along? Chuck the block? Pretty much. The holidays, yeah. 00:50:17
Off the block. So I mean, I think there's room in there for a couple $1000. So for 3800, are we sacrificing anything or is that 00:50:25
like the top of the presentation? 00:50:31
This is his whole quote and it includes, I mean, if you want me to read, it's lights. So we can't go across the street, so our 00:50:38
lamp post, everything's too low, but we can stream from tree to tree down this way. 00:50:43
Going down over the cards and it's a it's an LED light. He has super fine wire that twinkles that he can attach. 00:50:51
You know they'll be down the middle of White House. That's on here. 00:50:59
Is that going to be upsetting for people that are? 00:51:06
Where it doesn't reach because they'll feel they're they're going to be bypassed or well, it'll go as far as it could go because 00:51:09
we don't have lights forever. I mean the trees and we can go all the way down doesn't go to and that is it has been an issue when 00:51:17
I did an underground where people feel left out and we will make sure it's all inclusive. But what we could do is with the EDC 00:51:24
money because they have this facade improvement program and then. 00:51:32
Saying like, maybe we should extend that to have encouraged businesses to get planters and blah, blah, blah. And then they're 00:51:40
going to do this QR code thing where you put a QR code and people can see a video about your business and like all these sort of 00:51:46
things about individual businesses. And it's always where do we start with who gets included, who gets excluded? How do we deal 00:51:52
with that? And the deal is you opt in like we offer, you know, like this first time, first serve, so we can get the guide to do 00:51:58
shop front Christmas design and. 00:52:04
Implementation with EDC money and that would be like for some person slowly build up like whatever budget they want to get this 00:52:10
year I will give to Richard. And then the next year they have more budget that can go to the other shops on the waiting that you 00:52:16
know, so we could just get through all the shops that want that opt in and some will do their own they want to. We even talked to 00:52:22
the lease engagement at Chase Bank. We would rent all the vacant buildings, 620 school now. So we're waiting. They should be 00:52:28
opening by November 1st. 00:52:34
Not sure what they are yet. Chase Bank, they're going to come in and we said we'll help light it up. Richard can help you. He 00:52:40
goes, no, my wife and I'll come down and do it. So he wants to put lighting in the window. So we have people in, the people we 00:52:45
talk for more and they start hearing it and seeing it. You're going to get a lot of people that will do their windows. 00:52:51
And they're the ones that want help. EDC can say, you know, we have this budget. 00:52:59
Put in for it, Well, I just love it because I don't feel like I have a great design sense when it comes to winter decorandias. 00:53:05
Always looks a bit wonky, so cool to have someone who is a designer to do it. But anyway. 00:53:13
Yeah, okay, well, it's really down to the amount. Yeah. How much So? Because it's a shared, you know. 00:53:21
We've said we will pay because if they'll give us, well, maybe, maybe they might just be there. 00:53:32
5000. 00:53:39
No. And that would cover that plus plus. Well, that could be the facade programs. Oh, OK. I mean, and that would be more than 00:53:42
enough. Yeah. Yeah, that would be funny. What do we want to say too? Yeah. It doesn't mean you're going to spend it. Do you want 00:53:51
to vote in an amount that what do we get the two though? Do we get like the string lights and the. Well, it would be. It would be. 00:53:59
So we take the money and cool it together, pull it together. What does the bid want to shoot right now? 00:54:08
OK, because we're not meeting this one, so it means meeting the 1st of November and then the new law is suddenly has to be 00:54:20
approved by the council. 00:54:24
4 to 800 you find out what we can do like you had to call a meeting here in December when you missed a meeting and you needed to 00:54:29
vote on the annual report. 00:54:35
In extra. 00:54:43
Meetings or something. There's a name for it. Yeah. Well, this might be another opportunity that business might want to like. 00:54:48
Debbie back, Hayward Lumber. 00:54:53
OK. So we want to go for a slight half of it then, is that what you're saying? So is it a matched expense? No, no, this is the 00:55:05
total expense. But if we want to expand more, so the only thing we're asking now is, is there a mass that you want to commit? But 00:55:14
it doesn't mean you can say 2 or say, you know what, we've got enough money everywhere else. 00:55:23
Like to spend up to two but it doesn't make 9500 agreements. 90,000 and with with the bid would be the least part of the whole 00:55:32
thing. 00:55:38
Because you have a small special. 00:55:44
The work so city may want to kick in. 00:55:47
And I think before you start attaching things to city polls and trees, you'll want to run by the project with Dan Go to see for 00:55:56
sure. And that's why it's completely, when we talk to Richard, we're like, OK, so we're going to deal with public works. It needs 00:56:03
to be very simple. We already know there's power on the poles. And it's just a little tiny thing that attaches with nothing that, 00:56:10
you know, big but public works would do. 00:56:16
He he could install now if they wanted to, you know, be with him and but yeah, so we would find out what they want to do for that. 00:56:24
So are you gonna like tell the public works with with Richard? Yeah, first I'll probably reach out to and go mattery knows where 00:56:34
we're talking about it. 00:56:39
They're all excited. OK, So should we put some that we're comfortable with at this point? 00:56:47
And throw some money into shipping and it needs to happen. So whatever. We need to make a motion to spend up to $2000.00 for 00:56:57
downtown lights. 00:57:02
OK. And to ask EDC to invest as well? 00:57:08
A second. 00:57:16
OK, all in favor, aye? 00:57:19
Alessandra. Alessandra. 00:57:26
And what will stay? So my next day is I'll reach out to Public Works. 00:57:34
And then I can get back to the board in just an e-mail. OK, left. 00:57:42
Marketing I think is a really good one too. So I guess that's still you, Christine. Well, and kind of you because we kind of 00:57:50
talked about if you want to save money and watch what you do, do you want to pull it in house for a while? We can help. Michael 00:57:57
could help. We were looking at what you do. 00:58:03
Yeah, I think for Friday, I think for some, I mean. 00:58:11
You're, you know, the stuff that you did for. 00:58:16
The street, the street, you know, good old days was beautiful and impactful and really effective and. 00:58:20
Yeah. So here's what I was thinking is, you know, advertising on Facebook costs nothing. You know, you can and you can specify the 00:58:31
zip codes and the demographics and everything. So if we want local people to be coming to our shops and our events and our 00:58:39
restaurants and, you know, recommending our hotels to their family that are visiting and all that, that kind of advertising is 00:58:46
really cost effective. So even our marketing budget. 00:58:53
There's, you know, if we could do some of the the graphic assets in house, then we could actually invest in advertising our 00:59:02
businesses. 00:59:08
On. 00:59:17
On social media. And the reason I think this is important is that the Chamber of Commerce, and this is not a criticism, it's just 00:59:19
an observation. Their membership is open to the entire peninsula. So you can get someone like Clear Over and Seaside and you know, 00:59:25
it's not going to, you know, if the Chamber of Commerce is supporting all businesses equally, it's not necessarily drawing 00:59:32
business to downtown. So I think the BID has to look after. 00:59:39
Specific. 00:59:47
Commerce promotion and I think the chamber your strength is to advertise our area as being a sanctuary, a nature reserve of this 00:59:48
like photos of ocean and it's really heavy in nature, right. So that's that's the thing. But there really is a a lack where there 00:59:57
is no advertising like district level advertising for commerce and it might be really beneficial for us to. 01:00:07
Just to start looking at how we can do that, like if you look at. 01:00:17
Other, you know, if you follow different cities or whatever on Facebook, you're going to find that, you know, they'll advertise 01:00:21
specific businesses and it's rotating. It's not like just one, it's not favoritism at all. It's like whoever participates in the 01:00:27
program, they all get equal. 01:00:32
Like time. So I just, I thought that might be like we don't really at this point have the budget for it. It would be a case of 01:00:40
like shifting our budget around a little bit. And I don't know, I mean, I had sort of talked to you about that and just because 01:00:47
I'd really make some advertising for the, you know, the actual businesses, you know, that would be really good because we, I mean, 01:00:55
we do help business a lot. We have these events that's primarily. 01:01:02
Do but you know, and we'll end the downtown PG social media exactly does that. But this is different because you can choose zip 01:01:10
codes and demographics and so on and you know, get more than just, you know, the people that follow downtown Fiji. So so when we 01:01:17
talked about that round table and EDC, the Chamber of the city, do you think we should get that going because that would be 01:01:25
everybody is his EDC is all. 01:01:32
We're all of you know the area you're downtown, so they it's like you're not. 01:01:41
Your dollars, you're all working together and sharing the advertising away. 01:01:48
You know he's going to take it back on. Steve Monterey have done this like the main machine and so we're working with them is the 01:01:54
next day for the area and then we should do the round table to figure out so EDC doesn't go right here and do something and you're 01:02:01
over here but you're doing the same thing spending your money overlapping. Be good for everyone to know at every single level. One 01:02:08
of the marketing strategies are but yeah, you know how we all compensate each other. How can we get it? 01:02:14
Do you want to have a little subcommittee to figure it out? Like how? Like how members and how you know? 01:02:22
We should because it seems like more and more things are coming up that we're overlapping with other groups and they're talking 01:02:29
about what do we do? You're talking about what do we do? Well, let's look at everybody together. Don't you feel the more time we 01:02:35
spend doing these volunteer groups, the more you realize that it's too disjointed? And we did do the business. You know, we did a 01:02:42
round table when Jenny, she put it together and we had. 01:02:48
The mayor would come. The city manager would come. 01:02:55
I was there kind of representing both the chamber board and the board, you know. 01:03:00
Did you have EDC there NBNBADD or was it I was kind of Bibi think there was somebody from the EDC and HIV, OK, because that's on 01:03:08
our list. It was just really hard to get everybody to commit to any day. Yeah, it's just be like twice a year. 01:03:18
We were doing trying to do it monthly or every other month and it was just too much. But I think it's a good, a good thing to do. 01:03:29
I think at least the first one just to say, hey, who's on board, let's figure out. I think ETC hasn't done anything because 01:03:35
they're kind of in limbo like what the next thing. But they're so many projects and none of them have been able to be fulfilled 01:03:41
because of lack of staffing. 01:03:48
So at this point, people don't want to propose anything new until. 01:03:55
City is. 01:03:59
Able to offer that support to any project. So it's going through a little bit of a gear shift and you know, we we want to work 01:04:02
obviously with the city. So we want to find out like what you guys tell us then what we can do because we kind of have great 01:04:08
ideas, but then they don't go anywhere. So I appreciate that e-mail and put it, you know, people from each area in it. I think I 01:04:15
think we need to do you want to have like a meeting? 01:04:22
Tomorrow. 01:04:30
OK, Just really quick there's there's actually go to a meeting, but I think it comes back after that. OK. And anyway, so for the 01:04:33
other, I kind of wanted to say I know that we're going over just very quickly. 01:04:41
The VID and EDC and chamber have all been very supportive, supportive of the parklets. And I don't know if you remember going back 01:04:51
in 2020 when we built them, it said that there would be permanent and then in December 2022 it said again and voted to be 01:04:57
permanent and we were going to have guidelines and we never did get guidelines. 01:05:03
And then they decided that they're going to sign off extension, but with verbally, it was said never in writing that there would 01:05:10
be shelters and things for comfort for outdoor and the restaurants just got their sixty day notice to demolish the part That's and 01:05:17
the guidelines are not in place. There's no no, we were supposed to have 60 days to and there's not even all the purpose. It's 01:05:25
just it's just Victorian corner. Rudolph was in wildfish. So just three on one side of the street in one. 01:05:32
Hotel and so. 01:05:40
I keep asking and I did get the, the interim kind of guideline, but it says things like heaters could be attached to posts. And 01:05:45
then I say, well, what kind of post? And they say, Oh no, no, that's not been approved yet. That's only a draft. We don't know. So 01:05:51
like we're actually being told to to demolish the purpose with nothing. I can't. So when they're demolished, I can't put anything 01:05:58
up because there are no confidence. At least 60 days are supposed to be for me to see if I can. 01:06:04
Board to build anything to see if when when do these 60 days start? 01:06:11
Last Tuesday. 01:06:16
So, so it's really, how is that reasonable working with small business owners when, you know, we keep getting told promises that 01:06:19
are not being fulfilled. And then I also like the mayor said absolutely there will be a guideline in place before any demolition 01:06:25
starts. And that was in March this year. And then in June, they said it was going to be done in parallel. So by the time it was 01:06:32
written for demolition, there would be. 01:06:39
They how can they do that and not do juicing jaw or PG meetinghouse and happy girl and. 01:06:46
Example, this is exactly my letter to the mayor and city manager and so on yesterday, as I said, like OK, so when my carpet comes 01:06:57
down. 01:07:01
In 60 days time, my new regulations say it can only be a guardrail around it has to be see through. There has to be line of sight, 01:07:06
so no opaque. But when solid structures on the ground, it says it can't be more than 36 inches high. Well, even the happy girl 01:07:15
also like like 50 odd inches high and it's solid You look at. 01:07:23
Red House, there's a solid around the bottom so, so it's disparity of treatment of so many problems and you know, I, I find it 01:07:31
really unreasonably unreal right now so. 01:07:37
I just want to give you that update, and I love the new design. I think it can work. It needs to have in writing that we have the 01:07:44
amenities, but it's just not happening. It's just like, OK, so I just wanted to update you. So I'm hearing that it is solid. It is 01:07:51
going to have a mirror I will send you, but I will send you the guidelines. And it says very clearly it has to be. That isn't 01:07:59
going to work. Yeah, well, it can't be open. 01:08:06
Roll down plastic. You talk about the top part, but the bottom part, the top, the bottom part has to be open so you can see 01:08:29
diners. OK, but safer. But it comes rolling into, you know, well, it's so the other thing is I thought the new diagram when I sat 01:08:36
in the meeting is not you're not on the street like they're going to do the book out, but you're next to the building. You're 01:08:42
right next to the restaurant, so you don't have cars on the side. 01:08:49
Yeah. So that doesn't make sense. Well, you know, it's there's nothing finished. So there's nothing I can tell you isn't definite. 01:08:57
But that's my whole problem is how can I, how can I plan for what I can build like I did find a company in LA that will do 01:09:03
something that I think would be because they said everything has to be retractable. We don't have to be covering, overhead has to 01:09:09
be retractable. Anything on the sides has to be retractable. 01:09:16
There is a bit of cost, $20,000 for our space to choose that which I don't know. 01:09:23
So, you know, obviously, they're not going to make you tear anything down if they don't have anything in place. I mean, so that's 01:09:29
what the mayor said. But that's exactly what my letter now says, right? And in fact, we had a meeting last Thursday. And Dan 01:09:35
Silverry, who won the contract. 01:09:41
He's the contractor who won the bid. He did $200,000 less than the other. He said he doesn't want to make profits and he really 01:09:52
wants to get this. And he said they wanted to start right away, so they had the meeting to get everyone's consent to start. 01:09:58
Actually, now, without the plexiglass, this is by one time. This is our summer, so it would be like a choice to sabotage my 01:10:06
revenue if I chose to get rid of outdoor dining right now, because this is the one time of year when it's actually at its most 01:10:11
popular, right? 01:10:16
But the dangerous right if you take it down OK, so I anyway. 01:10:23
Yeah. I thought we were finished with the meeting. So OK, I just wanted to update you that that's going on. You know, it's just 01:10:30
really hard for business owner for me anyway, So let's adjourn. Thank you very much. Thank you. 01:10:38

Thank you. 01:10:38
